Deanna Omoniyi, LMSW, CAADC, ADS
Lead Therapist/Supervisor
​Deanna is a graduate of Western Michigan University
with a Master of Social Work and a certificate from
the Specialty Program in Alcohol and Drug Abuse
(2012). As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Certified
Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and
Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS), Deanna
brings a holistic, trauma-informed lens to the
therapeutic process—meeting clients with deep
compassion, clinical skill, and cultural humility.
Deanna is also clinical supervisor of Kalamazoo
Empowerment Services, where she not only provides
therapy but cultivates a supportive space for clinicians
to grow into confident, effective professionals. Known
for her grounded leadership, Deanna mentors her
team with the same care she offers her clients—
creating a healing environment rooted in safety,
authenticity, and empowerment. Her work blends
evidence-based practices with integrative approaches,
honoring the connection between mind, body, and
spirit. Whether she’s supporting individuals through
recovery, grief, or major life transitions, Deanna is
deeply committed to walking alongside each person
on their journey toward healing and wholeness.

Savannah Odem, LLP
Outpatient Therapist
Savannah is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a Master of Clinical Psychology. She also earned a Bachelor of Psychology from Western Michigan University. She has experience in working with a wide variety of mental health issues, crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group facilitation. With a passion for social justice, she loves working with the LGBTQIA+ community, underserved communities, women and teens. She believes good therapy is an important part of self-care and hopes to help you grow and establish healthy habits.
We’re excited to announce that Savannah Odem, LLP, is now offering comprehensive psychological testing for ADHD, IQ, and learning disabilities. With her background in psychological assessment and clinical care, Savannah provides thorough evaluations that help uncover the root of learning, attention, and behavioral challenges. Her compassionate approach ensures that each client—whether a child, teen, or adult—feels supported throughout the testing process. These assessments can be instrumental in guiding school accommodations, treatment planning, and gaining deeper insight into one’s cognitive strengths and needs.

Amber Price-Johnson, LLMSW
Outpatient Therapist
Amber is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Master of Social Work. She has a deep passion for helping others heal and thrive, and brings a wealth of experience to her role as a therapist. Her background includes over a decade of front-line work supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult challenges. She is a strong advocate for vulnerable adults navigating trauma, neglect, and mental health concerns.
Her experience has sharpened her ability to build trust quickly, de-escalate crisis situations, and provide compassionate care to those coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. Known for her calm presence and strength-based approach, Amber creates a safe space for both children and adults to feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal.
She is especially passionate about helping clients build resilience, break cycles, and discover the tools they need to reclaim their peace and purpose.
Karra Morgan, MA, LMFT, ADS
Outpatient Therapist/Acudetox Specialist
Karra Morgan holds a Master’s degree in Marriage
and Family Therapy and is a certified Acupuncture
Detoxification Specialist (ADS). She is currently
completing her development plan for the Certified
Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC)
credential. Karra is passionate about creating a safe,
inclusive space for individuals, couples, and families
to heal, grow, and thrive.
With a warm and collaborative approach, Karra
enjoys working with people of all ages, backgrounds,
and ethnicities. She specializes in helping clients
navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship
challenges, family stressors, and communication
difficulties. Through therapy, she supports clients in
rediscovering their inner strength, purpose, and
peace.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, Karra offers
holistic support through auricular acupuncture to
assist in emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and
substance use treatment. Her integrative, client-
centered care empowers individuals to reconnect with
themselves and move forward with confidence.

Kiara is passionate about helping young people find
their voice, build confidence, and grow into
emotionally intelligent leaders. As a Social and
Emotional Learning (SEL) Group Facilitator, Kiara
leads dynamic, engaging groups that focus on
boosting self-esteem, improving decision-making
skills, and teaching effective conflict resolution
strategies.
With experience as a Counselor-in-Training at a local
summer camp and as a Restorative Practices
Facilitator at Gryphon Place, Kiara brings both
compassion and structure to her workshops. She has a
natural ability to connect with youth, create safe
spaces for open dialogue, and guide participants
through meaningful, real-life lessons in emotional
wellness and communication.
Kiara believes every young person deserves to feel
seen, heard, and empowered—and she shows up
every day to make that belief a reality.
